Day One:

Hello Amsterdam! Your adventure begins. We meet you at our agreed meeting point. Together we go to your hotel or private residence where we check you in. After you take a short rest we go on a tour of the city. You get to see the Negen Straatjes, the romantic canals, the tiniest house in The Netherlands in a private guided tour. You get aquatinted with the landmarks and points of interest. Six o’clock we head for five course dinner in michelin star restaurant on the Keizersgracht. 

WHAT IS INCLUDED: TRANSFERS, ACCOMMODATION, CONCIERGE, FIVE COURSE DINNER  AT ONE OF THE BEST RESTAURANTS IN AMSTERDAM (DRINKS NOT INCLUDED), PRIVATE TOUR OF THE RED LIGHT DISTRICT.

Day Two:

After breakfast it is time to explore! The Rijksmuseum and the great masters are awaiting for you.  After that we go on a bikes we go through the city to H’Ij a windmill turned in a micro brewery where you taste local beers and typical Dutch snacks- bitterballetjes, kaas sufles. Some beers after we have dutch dinner in Bruin Cafe. Time to explore Amsterdam at night.

Day Three: 

A visit to Amsterdam and the Netherlands would not be complete without having seen the lovely Dutch countryside.  

Explore the Dutch countryside as you leave Amsterdam behind for a half-day tour. See the famous Zaanse Shans windmills. Explore the quaint fishing villages of Volendam and Marken with a tasting stop at a traditional Dutch cheese farm.

Day Four:

A day for you to kick back and relax. Enjoy a spa treatment, shop and explore on your own.

A DAY IN GENT, COLOGNE OR FLOWER MARKET

In the world’s oldest fragrance factory you can see where the fascinating history of Eau de Cologne and modern fragrances began.

The magnificent Cologne Cathedral hovers above the roofs and chimneys of the city. It is not only used as a point of orientation but is the pride of the people in Cologne. 

A stroll through the narrow, cobble-stoned alleys IN THE ALTSTADT will take you back to times long ago. 

Day Six:

ROMANTIC CANAL TOUR WITH DINNER

Day Seven:

We say good bye to the beautiful city of Amsterdam and take you to Schiphol Airport or Central Station by taxi.

Public holidays and some interesting festivals in Amsterdam 2016

The following is a list of public holidays in the Netherlands. On these days, shops, museums and attractions usually either close earlier or are closed the entire day – handy to know for Amsterdam visitors!

Schools, city councils, post offices and banks are closed the whole day on official public holidays. King’s Day (formerly Queen’s Day) is a massive celebration in Amsterdam. Sinterklaas on 5 December is a traditional Dutch holiday which is typically celebrated at home.
