For all reservations, including but not limited to, third party package suppliers, accommodation only, car hire only, transfers and scheduled flights, Easy Amsterdam acts as agent to the suppliers (e.g. the accommodation providers, the airlines, the car hire companies, the tour operators) with whom we book in your name. Consequently each supplier’s terms and conditions will apply to your booking and copies are available upon request.

Please note that in ALL cases the lead name on the reservation must be 18 years or over at the time of booking. The lead name will be in contract with the supplier(s) and will be responsible for the information provided to the agent for all members of the party this includes the correct spelling of names, title, age, passport and visa information and ensuring that all party members travel with full valid travel insurance.
Passport and Visa
The lead name on the reservation and all accompanying passengers will be responsible for traveling with valid travel documents, visas and passports.
Easy Amsterdam can facilitate the process of visa application for a fee, however Easy Amsterdam does not provide and/ or guarantees issuance of visas.
Should you find it necessary to cancel or amend your holiday, please contact Easy Amsterdam immediately. We will require written confirmation of the cancellation/amendment by the lead name on the booking by return.
Cancellation/amendment charges will apply, these charges will increase the nearer to departure the cancellation/amendment is made and can be as high as 100%. The scale of cancellation/amendment charges to be applied will be outlined in your supplier’s booking conditions. The charges will be confirmed to you on receipt of your written instruction to cancel or amend your holiday.

Electronic Documentation – (E-Docs)
Where it is possible to do so, Easy Amsterdam will forward your confirmation/invoice, travel documentation and booking advisories via email directly to the email address you have provided. You will be reminded at the point of your reservation of our email policy and you should regularly check your email for any information pertaining to your booking with us.
If you have not received documentation within 7 days of your reservation, please contact Easy Amsterdam, who will arrange a further email copy for you.
Flight Timings and Holiday Amendments
All flight timings are provisional and subject to change. However you will be advised in advance of any major change as per your supplier’s booking conditions. On occasions your supplier may find it necessary to alter your holiday, be it a change of accommodation, service or date. In the event of a change your supplier will have clear guidelines set out in their booking conditions.
It is a good idea that each passenger(s) should travel with adequate insurance cover. Such insurance will ensure that you are covered against unforeseen circumstances and events.

Activities, Day Tours And Sightseeing
Unless there is a force major, by being late, you forfeit your right to refund and participation in the activity. Our partners and service providers have busy schedules and can not wait indefinitely.
